Overview

In this role you drive growth for Arrow across Italy, focusing on cybersecurity and digital workspace opportunities. You will build strategic customer and partner relationships, identify new markets, and accelerate sales for Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and partners to execute the go-to-market strategy, travelling across Italy to engage customers. This is a high-impact position within a matrix organization, combining leadership, strategic selling, and market expansion to strengthen Arrow’s presence.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute new business sales strategies with customers and partners
- Manage local execution of EMEA-wide strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders at operational and executive levels
- Promote and position Citrix solutions and cybersecurity vendors (Symantec and Carbon Black)
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities




- Collaborate with marketing to maximize Go-To-Market initiatives
- Support key partnerships to drive business growth
- Work effectively within a matrix organization and across teams
- Travel across Italy for customer visits, partner meetings, events, and internal meetings (30-40% of time)

Requisiti fondamentali

- Relevant direct sales experience in cybersecurity or technology
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales initiatives
- Experience identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Understanding of cybersecurity technologies and market trends
- Experience with Citrix, Symantec, Carbon Black, or similar solutions (preferred)
- Ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Italian
