Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Senior Injection Molding Technologist to join its plant in St. Louis, Missouri, United States.Scopra di più sulle mansioni generali e sulle competenze richieste per questa possibilità leggendo di seguito.What will you do?Serve as a key point of reference for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in setting priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issuesSet up product recipes, ensuring all required regulations and PLC parameters are correctly appliedPerform necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments and monitor production variables to ensure product specifications are metConduct investigations and troubleshooting to resolve quality issuesTrain and support production staff in resolving minor technical problems affecting product qualityCarry out electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning systems, dryers, leak testers, cameras, palletizers, etc.)Develop solutions by fabricating mechanical or other components to address production or technical issues and improve machine performanceSupport the Technical Manager in continuous improvement projects and in decisions regarding machines, equipment, molds, and processesWhat are we looking for?Excellent knowledge of plastic Injection Molding technology, with specific experience in injection molding machines of PET preforms on high-cavitation molds (required)Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics,



electrical and/or electronic systemsGood applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniquesGood applied knowledge of WCM standardsSolid experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processesFluency in EnglishAvailable to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri, United StatesWhat do we offer?Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 gross annual salary. The job level and compensation will be determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and role responsibilities.
