We’re hiring an Enterprise BDR to own outbound prospecting across a defined territory of named companies in the Italian wholesale-distribution market, qualify leads, and feed our Enterprise Account Executives’ pipeline. It’s a high-accountability seat for someone who thrives on generating pipeline from scratch at a fast-growing, early-stage AI company.Key responsabilities:Identify and research potential customers across a defined territory of 100 named companies, through outbound and inbound channelsQualify leads based on predefined criteria (ICP, needs, budget, timing)Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channelsGenerate interest and handle discovery meetingsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM systemWork alongside the Founders and Italian team on the strategy of the company on the marketMust have1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, SDR, or BDR roles in a tech company,



with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and targetsOutbound and multi-channel outreach prospecting — researching and identifying target accounts and contactsLead qualification — assessing ICP fit, needs, budget, and timingAbility to generate interest and secure meetings through consultative conversationsCRM proficiency and pipeline/record hygiene (HubSpot or equivalent)Resilient, you don’t get discouraged by rejectionSelf-motivated and results-drivenFluent/native Italian (market language) and English B2+ (team language) Nice to have:Knowledge of distribution, wholesale, or supply chain environmentsExperience in account-based marketing motions (webinars, dinners, events)Experience in other high-growth tech companiesA builder’s mindset — motivated by fast growth, takes initiative, and wants to create something meaningful rather than just execute tasks#J-18808-Ljbffr
