RINA is looking for experienced Vendor Inspection & Expediting professionals for an important international LNG project based in Milan, Italy.We are currently recruiting for the following positions:Project Expediting Coordinator (PEC) – Rotating / Power PackagesProject Expediting Coordinator (PEC) – Mechanical PackagesProject Inspection Coordinator (PIC) – Mechanical / Rotating EquipmentProject Inspection Coordinator (PIC) – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;)Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor project inspection and/or expediting activities.Interface with suppliers, inspectors, clients, and project stakeholders.Review technical documentation, inspection reports,



and non-conformities.Monitor procurement activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.Support the successful execution of assigned project activities.RequirementsEngineering degree or equivalent technical background.Previous experience as Project Inspection Coordinator (PIC), Project Expediting Coordinator (PEC), or in a similar role within EPC projects.Significant EPC experience in the Oil & Gas and LNG sectors, particularly on international projects involving complex procurement and post-order activities.Strong technical knowledge of inspection, expediting, supplier coordination, and package management activities.Experience working with international vendors and contractors.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Project DetailsLocation: Milan, Italy (Hybrid)Project duration: December 2026 – December 2027Contract TypeFreelance or inspection agenciesIf you have the required experience and would like to be considered for one of these opportunities, please send your CV to [email protected].
