INGENIEUR SUPPORT INFORMATIQUE - APPLICATIONS ET SYSTEMES (F/H)

Au sein de la Direction Informatique, l’Ingénieur Support Applicatif et Systèmes est responsable du support, de l’administration et de la sécurisation des applications métier et infrastructures IT, dans des environnements on-premise et cloud.
Véritable référent technique, il contribue à la performance des systèmes, à la cybersécurité et aux projets de transformation IT du groupe.
Dans ce cadre, vos principales responsabilités sont :

Assurer le support IT niveaux 1, 2 et 3 et le traitement des incidents et demandes via GLPI.

Administrer et maintenir les environnements Windows Server, Linux, VMware et Azure.

Administrer les services Microsoft 365 : SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, ainsi que les solutions VoIP.

Superviser et maintenir l’infrastructure réseau Cisco et garantir sa disponibilité.
