The attorney will draft and file petitions, motions, and other legal documents, while providing strategic advice to clients navigating financial distress. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliRepresent clients in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. /liliDraft and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents with courts. /liliProvide legal advice to clients on debt restructuring, asset protection, and creditor negotiations. /liliConduct legal research to ensure compliance with federal and state bankruptcy laws. /liliAttend court hearings, client meetings, and creditor meetings as required. /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications:
