This includes pre-tender activities, opportunity monitoring, tender management, and support for contract renegotiation and price review processes. /ppReporting to the Strategic Tender Customer Procurement Relationship Manager and working within the Procurement Center of Excellence, the role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Tender Management teams to support procurement excellence, customer engagement, and sustainable business growth. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Tender Management /h3ullipMonitor public tender opportunities and timelines. /p /lilipReview tender notices, specifications, and procurement documentation, identifying requirements, risks, and opportunities. /p /lilipCoordinate the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tender documentation. /p /lilipEnsure accuracy, quality, and compliance of submissions through cross-functional collaboration. /p /lilipSupport commercial teams throughout all tender phases. /p /li /ulh3Pre-Tender Activities /h3ullipSupport engagement with contracting authorities and procurement stakeholders. /p /lilipContribute to value-based purchasing initiatives, benchmarking activities, and health economics projects. /p /lilipAnalyze customer needs, market trends, and procurement models within the public healthcare sector. /p /lilipPartner with Sales and Marketing to identify business opportunities and influence future tender specifications. /p /li /ulpProvide insights into market dynamics, competitor activity, and procurement trends. /ph3Pricing Contract Support /h3ullipSupport contract renegotiations, price revision requests, and contractual amendments. /p /lilipCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives. /p /lilipAnalyze market, economic,



and contractual data to support commercial decision-making. /p /lilipMonitor contract execution, vendor ratings, and performance objectives to ensure alignment between commercial strategies and contractual obligations. /p /li /ulh3Business Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3ullipPartner with Sales Managers and Account Managers to execute commercial strategies. /p /lilipProvide regular updates on tender activities, procurement developments, and business opportunities. /p /lilipContribute to best practice sharing and continuous process improvement. /p /lilipMaintain knowledge of public procurement legislation, healthcare purchasing models, and Public Administration procurement processes. /p /li /ulh3About You /h3ullipUniversity degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. /p /lilipUnderstanding of the Italian healthcare market, procurement environment, and demand drivers. /p /lilipExperience managing public tenders, complex negotiations, or procurement-related activities. /p /lilipAbility to operate effectively at both tactical and strategic levels while engaging diverse stakeholders. /p /lilipProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong English written and verbal communication skills. /p /lilipStrong analytical, organizational, and business acumen, with the ability to interpret tender, procurement, and market information while managing multiple priorities. /p /lilipExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams and public healthcare stakeholders. /p /lilipUnderstanding of public procurement processes and customer needs, with experience navigating complex public healthcare environments and relevant tender regulations. /p /li /ulh3The salary range for this position is: from 41k - 49k eur/year + incentives /h3h3CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico /h3h3Why Join Us? /h3pTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
