About the Client

Our client is an established, well-capitalised organisation operating across the energy and infrastructure sector, with a growing presence in Europe. The business continues to build out a diversified portfolio of assets, and is now looking to strengthen its investment team with an ambitious Associate who will gain genuine exposure to the full investment lifecycle.

What the role involves

- Evaluate potential investments and divestments, building and managing financial models to support decision-making
- Support live and pipeline transactions, including due diligence workstreams with financial, legal and technical advisers
- Contribute to Investment Committee and Board papers, and assist with semi-annual portfolio valuations
- Monitor existing investments alongside the finance and technical teams,



and support regulatory/performance reporting
- Get involved in wider business activity, including investor communications, market research and internal initiatives

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years' experience in investment or financing, ideally with a renewable energy focus
- Strong academic background (2:1 or above in Business Administration, xlwpduy Finance or Engineering, or equivalent), with sound financial modelling and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Italian (Spanish an advantage)
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive self-starter who works well independently but collaborates easily within a small team
- Willing to travel extensively
