and collaborate directly with stakeholders. /p /li lipParticipate in incident response and apply systematic debugging techniques to diagnose issues within your area and across interconnected services. /p /li lipImprove monitoring and observability while using operational data to identify opportunities for better stability, performance, and reliability. /p /li lipApply a security-first mindset to infrastructure and software development, proactively identifying vulnerabilities in your own work and during peer reviews. /p /li lipServe as a technical resource for complex infrastructure challenges and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design discussions. /p /li lipFacilitate collaboration across engineering and other stakeholder groups on technical architecture, processes, and infrastructure priorities. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lip6–10 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering within primarily cloud-based environments, preferably AWS. /p /li lipDemonstrated experience owning a significant product, platform component, or subsystem from initial design through production operation and ongoing evolution. /p /li lipT-shaped technical expertise, with deep specialization in one or two infrastructure domains combined with enough breadth to navigate and contribute across the wider technology stack. /p /li lipStrong hands‑on experience managing infrastructure through code and configuration using Terraform or an equivalent infrastructure‑as‑code solution. /p /li lipDeep understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including networking, load balancing, containerization, Kubernetes/EKS, and distributed systems. /p /li lipStrong programming skills in Go, Python,
