/li /ulh3Technical Customer Support /h3ulliProvide on-site technical assistance and training during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. /liliCreate and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and multimedia content (e.g., repair or maintenance videos). /liliCollaborate with engineering teams, installers, and shipyards to solve complex integration and application issues. /liliAct as a technical point of reference for complex claims, critical interventions, and urgent field issues. /li /ulpbRequisiti: /b Previous experience and passion for Yacht/MegaYacht IndustryProven experience in technical support and new product development roles.Solid technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and cost analysis.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
