Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior AI Engineer
to join innovative initiatives focused on the design, development, and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions within enterprise environments.
This role requires solid experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs), contributing to the development, deployment, and maintenance of advanced AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Develop, integrate, and maintain Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement LLM-based solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Integrate AI services based on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Participate in MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring initiatives.
• Evaluate model performance, reliability, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
• Document architectures, processes, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement AI solutions.
Requirements
•
University degree
and at least
6 years of IT experience
, or a non-university qualification with at least
12 years of IT experience
.
• Minimum




4 years of experience designing and implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions
, including LLM-based solutions.
• Experience programming in Python, SQL, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of the Machine Learning model lifecycle.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Advanced English required.
Mandatory Certification
Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:
• Azure AI Engineer
• AWS Certified Machine Learning
• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
• Or an internationally recognized equivalent certification.
? Nice to Have
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with MLOps.
• Additional AWS certifications (Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Solutions Architect, or similar).
• Experience working in international environments.
