, a media and creative agency operating mainly in the fashion industry, is looking for an
Event Producer Intern
to join its Events team.
We are looking for a proactive, reliable and highly organized person who is eager to gain hands-on experience in event production and join a fast-paced, dynamic and highly creative environment.
The selected candidate will support the Events team throughout the entire production process, from initial research and planning to on-site execution, working on events, brand activations and special projects.
Responsibilities
Supporting the team in the planning and production of events and brand activations
Researching and scouting venues, suppliers and production partners
Requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers
Supporting budget preparation and cost tracking
Assisting with production schedules, timelines and project documentation
Coordinating suppliers and logistics before and during events
Supporting the development of production materials, presentations and project decks
Assisting with permits, technical requirements and event-related documentation
Providing on-site production support during set-up, event days and dismantling




Helping the team manage last-minute requests and production changes
Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Practical and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good written and spoken English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Understanding of the nss aesthetic, culture and audience
Interest in fashion, events, culture and creative production
Previous experience in events or production is a plus, but not required
