Travel may be needed to gain real‑world experience /li liYear 2: Take on more responsibility at the wellsite while continuing to grow your technical skills through hands‑on and classroom training /li liYears 3 4: Expanding your knowledge and skills, and may lead teams at the wellsite while serving as the main contact for our clients /li /ul h3Your Day‑to‑day Could Include /h3 ul liPrepare, deploy, and operate advanced downhole tools to meet specific wellsite objectives /li liUtilize cutting‑edge simulation software to design and optimise wellsite solutions tailored to client needs /li liAnalyse performance data and recommend improvements /li liManage equipment logistics and ensure seamless setup and operation at the rig site /li liCreate detailed post‑job reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams /li liChampion a culture of continuous improvement with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance /li liDeliver front‑line engineering support to our customers throughout operations, resolving issues independently /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liGraduated with bachelor’s degree in engineering (all fields)



within the last 24 months /li liNo more than 1 year of experience /li liEnglish language fluent proficiency (written and spoken) /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills /li liAbility to analyse complex problems, apply critical thinking, and make informed decisions /li liA passion for hands‑on work and learning in dynamic environments (onshore and offshore) /li /ul h3What To Expect /h3 pThis role is physically and mentally demanding. You’ll work 12-hour shifts (day or night), often in tough weather conditions. You may be away from home for extended periods, including weekends and holidays.
