Here below your responsibilities: /h3ulliIssue to vendors the Request for Quotation based on given purchasing request and support the vendors during the preparation of the technical/commercial proposals with obligation of confidentiality about the related bid info /liliPrepare the commercial/economic bid tabulation to compare different proposals and suggest actions to be taken in order to improve bid result and/or select the vendor /liliLead the commercial/economic negotiation and manage possible deviations to purchase order documents /liliPrepare the Purchase Order, close out the bid process receiving purchase/subcontract confirmation by selected vendor /liliPerform the assigned activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3h3Education: /h3pMaster's Degree/bachelor’s degree /ph3Experience: /h3pminimum 3 years as Buyer within OilGas or EPC companies /ph3Languages: /h3pEnglish mandatory, others are appreciated /ph3Technical/IT Skills: /h3pbasic knowledge of materials purchased, good knowledge of SAP,
