ppWe are seeking a bMaterials Engineer /b with expertise in bmaterials characterization and product development /b. /p pThe successful candidate will support the characterization, development, and optimization of cable and accessories technologies. /p pIn this role, you will: /p ul liPerform advanced polymer morphological characterization to identify dispersion and distribution of polymeric and inorganic phases. /li liCorrelate polymer structure with chemical-physical, rheological, and electrical properties of compounds. /li liConduct comparative analyses to support material development, troubleshooting, and product optimization. /li liAnalyze, interpret, and model complex multi-technique datasets. /li liGenerate clear technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for RD and engineering teams. /li liActively support development of optimized material formulations and manufacturing processes for cable products. /li /ul pbYou are the right fit if you have/are: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree or higher in bPolymer Science or Materials Science /b /li libProven /b experience in polymer materials characterization and microscopy /li liExperience with extrusion or injection molding processes is a nice to have /li liSolid understanding of polymer physics, chemistry,
