We are seeking a
Materials Engineer
with expertise in
materials characterization and product development
.
The successful candidate will support the characterization, development, and optimization of cable and accessories technologies.
In this role, you will:
Perform advanced polymer morphological characterization to identify dispersion and distribution of polymeric and inorganic phases.
Correlate polymer structure with chemical-physical, rheological, and electrical properties of compounds.
Conduct comparative analyses to support material development, troubleshooting, and product optimization.
Analyze, interpret, and model complex multi-technique datasets.
Generate clear technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for R&D; and engineering teams.
Actively support development of optimized material formulations and manufacturing processes for cable products.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
Bachelor's degree or higher in
Polymer Science or Materials Science
Proven
experience in polymer materials characterization and microscopy
Experience with extrusion or injection molding processes is a nice to have
Solid understanding of polymer physics, chemistry, and structure-property relationships




Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
