On behalf of one of our clients, Unox, a leading company in the professional oven sector, recognized for its innovative spirit and high-quality solutions, we are seeking a Remote Service Technician (aka Service Experience) to cover an assigned geographic area by phone or e-mails.
In this role, you will be responsible for remote technical support to the clients, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction within your territory.
Key Responsibilities - Providing technical assistance by telephone or emails to customers who contact the company for clarifications on how to operate and use the company products - Supporting customers regarding the operation and use of the company's products and services,



identifying solutions and providing assistance to eliminate the causes of a failure or malfuntion and to ensure correct operation - Manage return activities - Forward the problems encountered to the company internal field technical support teams - Ensure the preparation of reports with the most frequent causes of a failure or malfunctioning - Instruct and update customers and the technical support team on the technical features and procedures for installing and repairing products Requirements - Technical background - Excellent proficiency in Dutch - Proficiency in English is a plus - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel for customer support and internal trainings What we offer - Working Conditions and Benefits - Permanent contract - Gross annual salary ranging from €38,000 to €44,000
