On behalf of one of our clients, Unox, a leading company in the professional oven sector, recognized for its innovative spirit and high-quality solutions, we are seeking a Field Service Technician to cover an assigned geographic area.
In this role, you will be responsible for on-site installations, maintenance, and technical support, while ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction within your territory.
Key Responsibilities - On-site installation, maintenance, and technical support (restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, etc.) - Preventive and corrective maintenance - Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues - Daily management of service schedules via a corporate application (managed from headquarters in Italy) Technical Skills - Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings - Basic knowledge and diagnostics of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Wiring and connections - Fault analysis and root cause identification - Adherence to safety standards (lockout/tagout procedures, etc.)



- Spare parts management and reporting - Use of technical documentation and writing service reports Mandatory Requirements - Driver's license (Category B) - Background in electronics or electrotechnics What we offer - Working Conditions and Benefits - Permanent contract (CDI) - Gross annual salary: €32,000 €40,000 + 10% performance-based premio (MBO) - Company vehicle (Mercedes Vito) Availability to travel and stay overnight 12 nights per week (expenses fully covered by the employer) Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, with rare exceptions (e.g., trade shows requiring weekend installations or repairs) The recruitment process will begin in English.
Prior to starting the role, the company will provide two weeks of initial technical training (either at the French subsidiary in Paris or at headquarters in Padua, Italy), with all expenses fully covered by the employer.
