Tempo pieno The position is classified at level Impiegato C under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) CNL Industria della Gomma Cavi Elettrici ed Affini e all'Industria delle Materie Plastiche.
The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between €****** and € ******.
The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience, skills and competencies possessed, and the level of responsibility associated with the position.
Additional benefits and allowances may be granted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the relevant CCNL, and the Company policies and programmes in force at the commencement of employment.
