Who we are The RFOC Software R otherwise you show strong motivation to learn and grow quickly in this direction.
You are comfortable discussing technical topics (e.g. requirements, design, tests, code)



with development teams.
You have a structured and analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and robustness.
You demonstrate strong communication and relational skills and you enjoy working transversally with multiple teams.
You are able to negotiate and influence to find realistic compromises between quality, effort and planning.
You are curious, open to feedback and willing to continuously improve both your skills and the way we work.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; French or other languages are a plus depending on your location.
This position is suitable both for someone with prior QA experience and for a senior or motivated software developer who wants to move towards a quality / process-oriented role with transversal impact.
The position can be filled as well in Grenoble, Le Bourget du Lac, Agrate, #MDRF, #RFOC MDRF perimeter only.
