-- We are seeking a Materials Engineer with expertise in materials characterization and product development .
The successful candidate will support the characterization, development, and optimization of cable and accessories technologies.
In this role, you will: Perform advanced polymer morphological characterization to identify dispersion and distribution of polymeric and inorganic phases.
Correlate polymer structure with chemical-physical, rheological, and electrical properties of compounds.
Conduct comparative analyses to support material development, troubleshooting, and product optimization.
Analyze, interpret, and model complex multi-technique datasets.
Generate clear technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for R
