**KWS Italia SpA** is looking for a **Breeding Station Worker (M/F/d)** for our site in **Monselice**. This is a **full-time position**. **Main tasks and responsibilities**: - Carry out agricultural activities according to instructions and deadlines, such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, etc., in fields where KWS has production agreements with farmers.
- Operate, monitor, and supervise agricultural machinery and other equipment.
- Maintain agricultural machinery and other equipment in compliance with rules and operational standards. Report problems or risks promptly.
- Support ad hoc activities as and when requested by management.




- Ensure that all operational activities are carried out and that staff under your responsibility work in line with the company’s health and safety standards. **Key skills and required background**: - Residence in Monselice or willingness to relocate.
- Experience in the agricultural sector (preferably at least 2 years in farming/seed production).
- Knowledge of MS Office programs.Valid driving license.
- Valid tractor and truck driving license (or willingness to obtain it).
- Ability to handle agricultural machinery and modern techniques such as GPS systems.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy.
