This is more than an internship: it's an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the Finance function in a leading international pharmaceutical company.
Tasks & what you will be learning:
Hands-on experience across a variety of Finance processes, including investment (CAPEX) management, tax-related activities, account reconciliations and period-end closing activities
Gain practical experience in Financial Accounting & Controlling, while broadening your understanding of the wider Finance organization and its business partnering activities
Access to our Finance Academy and professional development tools, including the language learning platform
A chance to build strong internal networks and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
Native level of Italian and good knowledge of English
Excellent team working, collaboration, and communication skills
An agile and adaptable mindset, ready to take on different challenges and company needs
A proactive attitude towards finding and proposing solutions for challenges and changes
