Overview

In this role you will lead the maintenance function to maximize equipment reliability and uptime in a fast-paced plant. You will drive TPM and oversee performance metrics to boost manufacturing efficiency. You will develop and coach the maintenance team while managing costs and spare parts. You will leverage data to identify trends and lead continuous improvement, all within a safety- and results-focused culture.

Responsabilità

- Lead the maintenance department to optimize performance, reliability and uptime of industrial equipment
- Oversee and drive TPM to improve reliability, availability and efficiency
- Monitor OEE and KPI trends (MTTR, MTBF) and implement reliability improvements
- Develop maintenance team members through goals, coaching, and engagement initiatives
- Manage maintenance expenditures and spare parts inventory for cost control
- Ensure business continuity through equipment readiness and contingency planning




- Use maintenance metrics and data to prioritize actions and support continuous improvement
- Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical)
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing equipment
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance, including TPM
- Proficiency reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical docs
- Background in spare parts management and maintenance cost optimization
- Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning tools
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills for decision-making
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficient in MES
- Demonstrated prioritization and resource allocation abilities
- Strong organizational skills for multitasking in a fast-paced setting
