Mission

Ensure the execution of Conformity of Production tests supporting CoP Engineer, including management of internal cars flow and the handling / shipment of components to external Laboratories.

Responsabilità

Assigned Activities

He / She is responsible for the following activities:

Support in the implementation of yearly control plan:

o Plans and requests with involved departments availability of the vehicles and components to be involved during CoP tests.

o Arranges vehicle and components shipment for CoP scope.

When requested, supporting CoP Engineer creating annual reports regarding the Conformity of Production; (e.g.: CoP Executive Report).

Ensure the fulfillment of the requirements for external audits supporting CoP Engineers.

Supports the departments in the organization of Conformity of Production external audits.

Supports on the creation of Test Instructions and reports.

Supporting CoP Engineer in request offers, in the preparation of the sourcings and in the preparation of all documentation needed for purchasing orders (incl. purchasing request creation)





Supporting CoP Engineer in organize and ensure the fulfillment of homologation requirements in series production (e.g. Visual Inspection).

Committees/Meetings:

Regular alignments with Homologation Department, with Laboratory and with GQ Management

Internal Departments (all) especially referent people

Suppliers (e.g. test facilities, etc.)

Functie-eisen

Education:

- Master Degree in Engineering

Experience:

- As a plus: Automotive, Conformity of Production Tests, Homologative Requirements

Languages:

- English

- German as a plus

Technical Skills:

- Vehicle

- Technical reporting

Soft Skills:

- Problem solving

- Analytical skills

- Relational skills
