He/She leads the quality plant engineering team in charge of his/her perimeter.

On his/her meta function perimeter, in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction including warranty results in field and the plant efficiency, he/she leads the supplier quality, the plant quality convergence and manages the product/process evolutions in serial life.

Profile

-

- Degree in Engineering field;

- Experience (minimum 3-5 years) as quality engineer in a complex industrial context;

- Good knowledge of excel, powerpoint;

- Problem solving mindset;





- Continuous improvement orientation;

- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and rigor;

- Ability to promote a quality oriented mindset within the plant;

- Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams across the Plant
