Overview

As an ASPIRE Finance Associate, you join a two-year structured rotation program designed to build finance, business, and leadership capabilities. You will rotate through commercial finance, supply chain finance, FP&A;, treasury, and investor relations, guided by coaching and mentoring. You contribute to tangible business outcomes while expanding your network with global finance leaders. Responsabilità

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Degree completed within the last 24 months
- GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Continuous learning mindset, accountability, integrity, and collaborative teamwork
- Geographically mobile based on role/assignment
- Legally entitled to work without sponsorship or time restrictions in the country of application
