Overview
In this role you will support HR budgeting, forecasting, and analytics to enable informed workforce decisions. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to monitor costs, headcount, and training, while driving data quality and process improvements. You’ll build and refine HR dashboards, perform compensation and organizational analyses, and support HRIS initiatives. This is a data-driven role at a global fashion house focused on sustainable people strategies and continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
- Support annual HR budget and forecast processes with HR Managers and Finance
- Monitor labour costs, headcount, temporary workforce, overtime, absenteeism, and holiday accruals
- Produce regular labour cost and workforce trend reports
- Conduct labour cost analyses, scenarios, and workforce simulations
- Develop and improve recurring HR dashboards and reports
- Perform compensation, organizational, and workforce analyses
- Consolidate salary review data and compensation reporting
- Manage ISTAT surveys and other statutory reporting obligations
- Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification
- Support HRIS testing, deployment, and enhancements
- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems
- Prepare performance management tools and analytics
- Monitor performance review completion and related reporting
- Coordinate learning and development activities and monitor budgets
- Produce learning and development analytics
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 3 years in HR Analytics, HR Controlling, Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits, or similar analytical HR roles
- Experience in dashboards, KPI reporting, and business analytics
- Experience with HR information systems and reporting tools
- Experience supporting performance management and/or learning administration is a plus
- Experience in structured environments preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday and Zucchetti; SAP a plus)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
