Overview

In this role you will lead the Global Accounting governance, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions. You will act as the main liaison between Global Finance and regional teams, shaping a global accounting reporting framework and driving process improvements. You will oversee end-to-end financial reporting cycles and support ongoing evolution of the Global Accounting organization. This position offers the chance to influence reporting quality, governance, and cross-functional alignment at a prestigious luxury house.

Responsabilità

- Define and implement the Global Accounting governance model across regions
- Serve as primary contact for Regional Accounting teams to foster alignment and knowledge sharing
- Design and oversee a structured global accounting reporting framework
- Coordinate regional accounting activities ensuring compliance with group principles and internal controls
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reporting cycles




- Maintain responsibility for company reporting quality and reliability
- Drive design and improvement of accounting processes under the new operating model
- Collaborate with Controlling, Consolidation, Tax, Treasury and other Finance teams
- Lead global accounting projects, harmonization initiatives and system enhancements
- Monitor regulatory and accounting developments and assess impact
- Lead, coach and develop the Global Accounting team

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 8+ years in Accounting, Reporting, Audit or Finance in international environments
- Experience managing accounting processes, reporting and cross-functional projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel and reporting tools proficiency
- Fluency in English
