As a Data Center Project Manager at Microsoft, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects inside live datacenters, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and alignment with standards. You will bridge operations, engineering, IT/network, and vendors to translate objectives into executable plans. You support CO+I's mission to power Microsoft's cloud services by delivering core infrastructure and foundational tech. Responsabilità
Own end-to-end project execution for datacenter initiatives from intake through close-out
Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and change-management standards in live datacenters
Coordinate between Datacenter Operations, Engineering, Construction, IT/Network teams, vendors and contractors




Identify risks and develop mitigation/contingency plans with relevant teams
Troubleshoot service incidents and escalate to meet SLAs/OLAs with minimal disruption
Monitor costs and resource utilization to stay within budgets and timelines
Requisiti fondamentali
High School Qualification or equivalent, AND experience supporting IT equipment or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field AND experience in physical IT infrastructures OR equivalent experience
Applicable certifications: APICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, CDCP, CCNA Certifications, ITIL, MOF certifications
Background check requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
