Overview
In this Commercial Executive role, you drive SMB growth by translating client objectives into NIQ solutions. You'll focus on new logo acquisition and managing a portfolio through renewals and upsells, shaping clients' insight capabilities. You'll work within a fast-paced team to maintain high standards and push for results, contributing to NIQ's SMB growth strategy. This is an opportunity to accelerate revenue in the FMCG space and influence how clients use data to gain competitive advantage.

Achieve revenue and profit targets
Acquire new SMB FMCG clients (new logos)
Manage a client portfolio with renewals and upsells, plus product demonstrations
Foster a high-performance culture and drive results
Standardize best-practice procedures and client-facing materials
Engage in incentives/campaigns to boost SMB visibility and healthy competition




Participate in sales training and share learnings with the team
Provide input to actionable changes from the engage survey
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in direct sales, sales development, or SMB sales up to 50m turnover
Strong client-facing, communication, and presenting skills
Hunting and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Active listening and problem-solving abilities
High-energy self-starter and self-driven
Experience in FMCG sector or with NIQ/competitor products and data
Understanding of data, insight, and category marketing (agency or client background)
Understanding client needs in FMCG manufacturers and retailers
