For our Lissone headquarters, we are looking for a Cost Controller.About the RolePurpose of the RoleOversee the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing costs in an electronics manufacturing environment characterized by complex bills of materials, supporting management in economic decision-making through accurate reporting, variance analysis, and the identification of areas for efficiency improvements.ResponsibilitiesPrepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for production costs, materials, labor, and overheadCalculate and update standard product costs (standard costing)Prepare periodic reports on manufacturing KPIs (efficiency, yield, scrap, fixed cost absorption)Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics,
