Join us as a Sales Manager and drive sales initiatives across Italy. /b As a Sales Manager at Element Logic, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across Italy. This is a high-impact position suited for a sales professional with a solid background in warehouse automation, intralogistics, and warehouse management systems. /p pWorking closely with the Managing Director, you will shape and execute forward-looking sales strategies while delivering on ambitious revenue targets. You bring a consultative sales approach, combining deep market insight with the ability to understand complex customer needs and translating them into high-value solutions. /p pIn this role, you will own and develop a robust sales pipeline, lead complex deal processes, and build long-term partnerships with key clients. At the same time, you will actively contribute to expanding our market presence and influencing the future direction of our business in the region. /p h3Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the warehouse and logistics market. /li liBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification through to contract signing. /li liUnderstand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored warehouse automation solutions. /li liPresent Element Logic’s automation technologies and value proposition to prospective customers. /li liPrepare competitive proposals and pricing, balancing customer requirements with business profitability. /li liMaintain strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape. /li liBuild strong customer relationships and ensure seamless experience throughout the sales process. /li liMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities and opportunities in the CRM. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Solution Design, and other stakeholders to drive customer success. /li /ul h3Competence Areas /h3 ul liA post-secondary qualification is preferred, ideally a bachelor’s degree or equivalent within engineering or business administration. /li li4+ years of working experience in sales of warehouse automation solutions, including material handling, WMS, or AMR/AGV. /li liProven ability to manage and close large, complex sales cycles, including multistakeholder and executive level negotiations. /li liStrong technical understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations and processes. /li liStrong commercial and sales acumen, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing. /li liAnalytical mindset with experience handling complex data and business cases.
/li liAbility to identify operational improvement opportunities and sell comprehensive solutions. /li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liGood understanding of sales budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline management. /li liWillingness and flexibility to travel regularly within Italy and internationally. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 pWe’re looking for a proactive and positive professional with a strong “can-do” attitude and a humble, collaborative approach. However, candidates who demonstrate significant relevant experience and expertise may be considered for classification at P4 level, with a gross annual salary ranging from b€60,000 to €72,000 /b. /p pThe final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and the requirements of the role.
