Important Key Points necessary before applying

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.

Accounting Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.

Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage compliance and logistics documentation.

-Management of incoming and outgoing calls;

-Support for technical staff (quotes, order control, customer and supplier order entry);

---Management of entry permits at customers' premises;

Issuing transport documents and managing couriers;

-Check order confirmations from suppliers and parent company;

-Warehouse management;

-Trade fair organization and documentation preparation for trade fairs;

Compliance management (privacy, security, GDPR, RENTRI, etc.).

The ideal candidate holds an Accounting Diploma or equivalent , possesses at least 5 years of professional experience, and demonstrates proactivity, motivation, and determination.

Strong organizational skills, sufficient IT knowledge, and excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) are required.

Languages : English and Italian both fluent C1
