What You’ll Do: Create and edit linguistically rich content, including grammar guides, syntactic analyses, usage explanations, and NLP examples. Identify and resolve issues related to

ambiguity, bias, grammaticality, and language quality . Evaluate AI/LLM outputs for

fluency, tone, accuracy, and language appropriateness . Annotate linguistic datasets with

syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic labels .



Conduct linguistic research and summarize findings for internal teams. Analyze model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues using linguistic expertise.

What We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of

linguistic theory and language structure . Strong command of Italian, with excellent written communication skills. Background in areas such as

syntax, semantics, pragmatics, morphology, phonology, or sociolinguistics . Strong writing, editing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in

computational linguistics, corpus analysis, data annotation, NLP, or LLM training

is a plus. Current residential status and citizenship in Italy. Willingness to complete a

Skill Test and Versant English Proficiency Test .
