Overview
In this role you ensure timely goods delivery by identifying and implementing process improvements across Amazon's delivery network with 3rd party vendors. You collaborate with Quality and Operations managers to optimize field operations and enhance customer experience. You will tackle on-road challenges, collect feedback, and propose system and process enhancements to reduce delivery barriers. This position offers hands-on impact in a scalable, data-informed environment aimed at improving first-time delivery success and service levels.
Responsabilità
Manage daily routes efficiently and communicate issues to the dispatcher
Document feedback and audit results to identify strengths and areas for improvement
Apply analytical thinking to diagnose problems and design improvements
Navigate routes using GPS and track Geo Codes via the on-road application
Verify delivery instructions and access codes for assigned addresses and update records




Coordinate with property managers to relay delivery information and collect instructions
Address service level concerns by engaging with property managers as needed
Monitor vendor training compliance and propose process improvements for customer experience
Observe field deliveries to identify barriers to first-time delivery and suggest solutions to Amazon systems and processes
Requisiti fondamentali
Advanced proficiency in Italian (CEFR C1) in spoken and written form
Experience with data analytics to identify problems
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
Customer service mindset
Strong written and verbal communication
Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork
Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Parcel delivery domain knowledge and geographic expertise
Data analytics tooling and metrics tracking
