Sandoz in Milano seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to act as a strategic business partner across the Italian affiliate.
You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, advise on commercial strategies, product launches and market access, and manage disputes with external counsels to align with business objectives.
The role requires a Law degree, at least 5 years in pharma or healthcare, fluency in English and strong public speaking and training skills.
