Vaultica Data Centers is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator in Milan to support our Customer Success Management function.
You will coordinate activities, follow up actions, maintain information, and connect teams to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality customer experience.
You will work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely renewals, audits, onboarding and account coordination, leveraging NetSuite and ServiceNow.
