Responsibilities
Lead concept design for major data centre projects, from feasibility through to developed concept.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across architecture, civil, structural and MEP disciplines.
Drive design optimisation, value engineering, constructability and standardisation to meet cost and programme objectives.
Lead engagement with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear design direction and decision-making.
Requirements
Proven senior-level experience delivering
data centre projects
.
Strong multidisciplinary design knowledge, with a solid understanding of
data centre MEP, resilience and critical infrastructure
.
Experience leading design teams and managing clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
Strong commercial and construction mindset, with a track record of delivering
practical, innovative and buildable design solutions
.
