You will report directly to the Engineering Manager. /p h3How will you make a difference? /h3 pAs a bLaboratory Manager /b, you will be responsible for managing laboratory operations and validation activities for Bogie Brake products and applications. You will ensure that testing activities are completed on time, within budget and according to quality requirements. You will also support the maintenance and continuous improvement of laboratory equipment and test benches. /p h3What will your typical day look like? /h3 ul liManage daily laboratory operations and testing activities. /li liPlan and coordinate validation tests. /li liManage laboratory resources, priorities and budget. /li liEnsure compliance with quality standards and accreditation requirements. /li liSupport test bench verification and maintenance activities. /li liReview and approve test reports. /li liWork with internal teams, suppliers and external laboratories. /li liSupport cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liMaintain laboratory organization and 5S standards. /li /ul h3What do we want to know about you? /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. /li liExperience in laboratory, validation or testing activities. /li liExperience managing resources and budgets. /li liKnowledge of metrology. /li liExperience with laboratory accreditations and international standards, including ISO 17025. /li liFluent Italian and English.
