Prepare project life cycle and master schedules. Integrate all schedules (design disciplines, vendors, production, and construction) and provide a comprehensive project perspective. Monitor, evaluate risks, and present recovery/mitigation plans to support turnover/opening schedule. Perform earned value analysis when needed. Provide progress reports and management presentations, as appropriate. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliDevelop and maintain project life cycle and project integrated schedules using Primavera /liliPrepare project plans and work with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules /liliCoordinate with project teams and disciplines to develop an appropriate level of detail for schedule activity definition to support project monitoring and reporting needs /liliConduct and lead planning and coordination meetings as required to collect information in support of planning and monitoring functions /liliEnsure effective application of appropriate policies and procedures, including project planning/scheduling procedures and reporting requirements /liliCollect/report progress, evaluate variances,
