ppIntertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for a bProject Planner /bto be based at the supplier’s site in Udine area. /p pWe look for Project Planner Responsible to develop comprehensive implementation strategies and incorporate deliverables into project schedules. Prepare project life cycle and master schedules. Integrate all schedules (design disciplines, vendors, production, and construction) and provide a comprehensive project perspective. Monitor, evaluate risks, and present recovery/mitigation plans to support turnover/opening schedule. Perform earned value analysis when needed. Provide progress reports and management presentations, as appropriate. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain project life cycle and project integrated schedules using Primavera /li liPrepare project plans and work with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules /li liCoordinate with project teams and disciplines to develop an appropriate level of detail for schedule activity definition to support project monitoring and reporting needs /li liConduct and lead planning and coordination meetings as required to collect information in support of planning and monitoring functions /li liEnsure effective application of appropriate policies and procedures, including project planning/scheduling procedures and reporting requirements /li liCollect/report progress,



evaluate variances, develop workaround plans, and coordinate resolution of variances. /li liConduct manpower/materials commodities loading/resource/tracking analysis and progress curves as required with the team /li liProduce reports and presentations as required to support project needs and management reporting /li liAssist in preparation of the schedule reporting specification for the contract bid packages and determine Schedule Milestones and/or Key Dates for oversight by the Project Team members. /li liScope of responsibility may include any of the following depending on project size: show/ride concept development, show, ride, facility, and area development design, show and ride production and installation, show and ride test and adjust, show programming and building construction disciplines /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Civil) is a must. /li liProvenance from Infrastructure Market is a must, Chemical/Power Plant Construction preferably. /li liKnowledge of English is a must (B2 level); /li liAble to read and development of Gantt charts, strong writer to develop specifications. /li liProficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access); /li liWillingness to relocation abroad; /li liValid drivers' license. /li /ul h3Details /h3 ul liGross salary of b45.000€ /b - b55.000€ /b (as direct employee) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
