As a Project Manager, you will oversee meeting project deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress, and providing status reports for upper management. The successful candidate will work directly with teams and stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables fall within the applicable scope. /ph3Your tasks and responsibilities: /h3ulliFacilitate communication and collaboration among teams involved in a project to coordinate the release of features. /liliCoordinate with different teams to set out the release plan, taking into account priorities set, team capacity, and dependencies among teams. /liliEnsure alignment among Stakeholders, the Product Team, and Tech Teams.



/liliManage project changes the Teams will be involved in to ensure efficiency /liliIdentify obstacles and help the teams to overcome them /liliReport on the progress status of team activities and the impact on the delivery plan, highlighting issues, risks, dependencies, and monitoring project cost. /liliOwn the relationship with stakeholders and be the direct escalation point for issues raised. /liliPromote and support continuous improvement of teams’ internal processes and workflows. /li /ulh3Technical skills we genuinely need /h3ulli6 years of experience as a project manager. /liliBachelor's degree, preferably in software engineering or a related field. /liliStrong verbal communication skills to proficiently interact with different teams and /liliroles, as well as good written communication skills to create detailed reports. /liliAbility to identify the needs of technical and business stakeholders and to interpret them. Flexibility and ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations. /liliAbility to facilitate difficult discussions among the teams or with other stakeholders. /liliBeing well-organized and good at managing multiple projects in parallel. /liliStrong organizational and relational skills, able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work under pressure. /liliDemonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving with a clear sense of priority, reliability and accuracy. /liliHigh level of independence and sense of responsibility, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks. /liliExcellent level of written and spoken English. /liliExperience with JIRA and experience in agile development practices is a plus. /li /ulh3How we work (and the kind of person we're looking for) /h3pWe're looking for people who are autonomous and organized, able to take real ownership of their work. /ppAt Outmatic, communication is direct and transparent: technical decisions are explained, discussed, and improved collaboratively.
