ph3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY: /h3 ul liSupport and educate the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to follow-up cost and performance and support decision making in line with global frameworks. /li liWorks closely together with Business Navigation – Finance team to create insight in costs and performance and support business steering /li liCoordinate the budget, forecast and cost follow up including preparation of management reporting. /li liSupport an efficient and effective cost recharging process (calculation, recharging, agreements etc). /li liWork closely together with the local and/or centralised Accounting Reporting Operations to ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely Accounting and Financial and Management reporting based on standard global frameworks and local legal requirements and maintaining effective internal controls. /li liContributes to global projects to develop financial operations and reporting. /li liSupport the organisation with insight in financial performance, position and liquidity and support investment decisions and financial planning. /li liEnsure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with policies /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE: /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or a related field. /li liProfessionally qualified accountant ACA/ACCA or local equivalent with strong knowledge of Gaap. /li li5-7 years with increased responsibility in accounting or finance related field. /li liExperience in larger international structure /li liStrong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask /li liBusiness Partnering: Strategic, tactical and operational business partner, with strong analytical skills, translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions /li liNetworking: Strong network and relationship builder both within and outside of the own organization. /li liBusiness acumen:
