The position includes monitoring, operating, and supporting all of the company’s 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services. Working hours – 24/7 shift basis. Please note that this is not a remote/hybrid/lavoro da remoto position /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ulliMonitor telecommunications/ broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components’ functions and make sure that they are active and problem-free. /liliCustomer support – act as the initial point of contact for all the company’s clients. /liliTroubleshoot and fix technical issues.
