About the Role

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 200–300 residential and condominium technical installations, managing maintenance operations, technical teams, suppliers, customer relationships and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage maintenance contracts and ensure profitability and service quality.
- Plan and oversee preventive, routine and emergency maintenance.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and an assigned Project Assistant.
- Manage technical issues, site visits and customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and monitor costs, budgets and margins.
- Identify additional commercial opportunities with existing customers.
- Monitor contracts, energy consumption and regulatory compliance.




- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with technical and commercial teams.

Requirements

- Technical diploma, preferably in HVAC, thermal engineering, plumbing or surveying.
- 5+ years’ experience managing technical/maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of thermal, hydraulic, energy and HVAC systems.
- Experience coordinating operational teams and external suppliers.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, including project margins.
- Good customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisation, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the territory.
