Overview

In this role you will lead the Milan Telematics sales function to drive growth and build a high‑performing team. You will shape sales processes, establish operating rhythms, and stay close to selling activity to balance quick wins with strategic opportunities. You’ll work cross‑functionally to maximise value for customers and contribute to revenue targets. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a global, inclusive environment that values agile, innovative thinking.

Responsabilità

- Lead and develop the Milan sales team and culture
- Recruit, onboard, coach and nurture sales professionals
- Establish sales operating rhythm with regular reviews and coaching
- Develop strategies for both transactional and consultative sales cycles
- Hands-on coaching to support inbound/outbound opportunities
- Improve sales processes, playbooks and frameworks for growth
- Own Salesforce reporting, dashboards and KPI management




- Partner with Fuel, Operations and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor pipeline health and drive continuous improvement
- Drive collaboration across departments to maximize customer value and revenue

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience as Head of Sales or senior commercial leadership
- Experience building and growing sales teams
- Strong telesales leadership in high-activity environments
- Ability to manage both short and long sales cycles
- Excellent coaching and people development skills
- Strong sales performance management, forecasting and pipeline development
- Advanced Salesforce knowledge (reporting, dashboards, process management)
- Experience implementing scalable sales processes for growth
- Strong commercial awareness, resilience and accountability
