For one of our key clients operating in the Defence sector, we are looking for a Quality Engineer to support the entire product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as the Quality focal point and interface with Engineering teams.
- Participate in project reviews and technical review boards.
- Support development-to-production transition activities.
- Verify and assess product documentation packages and deliverables.
- Perform product acceptance and inspection activities.
- Participate in qualification and validation testing campaigns.
- Define, collect and report quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Support the update and maintenance of Quality Management Plans and related documentation.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of system lifecycle processes according to MIL-STD-2167A and MIL-STD-498 standards.
- Previous experience in Defence environments and familiarity with the processes typically adopted in military programs.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures, methodologies, and processes.
- Experience in Verification and Acceptance activities.
- Knowledge and management of Quality Notifications (QN).
- Familiarity with processes and documentation related to ADP, CVS, TDR, and QTR.
- Ability to monitor product and process compliance against contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in managing non-conformities and corrective actions.




- Knowledge of quality documentation and operational practices within Defence programs.
- Ability to prepare and manage quality reports, metrics, and KPIs.
- Experience supporting audits, program reviews, and compliance verification activities.

- The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 40.000 € and EUR 45.000 € gross per year.
- The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
