You will unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.Partner with the bestAs Manufacturing Specialist - Manuf Eng Specialist you will be part of the Assembly and Testing Custom Cell Manufacturing Engineering team, and you will be responsible to:Design and develop assembly and testing routings for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, turbo expander and new products for energy transitionsSupport operations to ensure technical alignment with the routing design and quality and HSE requirementsBe involved in the non-conformity management process, giving support on technical side (ENG and quality control interface)Develop digital tools and processes to improve MFG ENG design and managementLink information between different departments to ensure smooth and synchronized executionImplement improvements and corrective actions on FixturesAnalyze operator's feedbacks and new ideas, to identify improvement opportunitiesLead and coordinate Continuous Improvement cell path,



with particular attention to the principal KPIFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's in a technical field from an accredited University (Mechanical Engineering) or a High School Diploma (Mechanical Diploma) with a strong experience in a manufacturing environment related to product and process engineering.Have the capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and proceduresHave the ability in coordinating the job of external Contractors and engineeringHave demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.Have the ability to accomplish goals through collaborative efforts, managing the working time in a flexible wayBe a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
