Creator programme

- Find, pitch and sign creators in Italy, from nano to mid-tier, who can drive sales
- Negotiate rates and deliverables, and hold creators to them
- Brief creators on product, hooks and brand tone
- Track spend, revenue and ROAS per creator, and flag underperformance early
- Spot inauthentic engagement and inflated views before we pay for them
- Own the roster: who is active, who is paused, who we drop, based on ROAS

What you need

- Based in Milan or within commuting distance
- Fluent in English. Our team, contracts and reporting are in English.
- You are organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it. You chase, you follow up, you notice when a number looks wrong.
- Experience managing creators or talent, with results measured on sales or ROAS

Nice to have

- Existing relationships with Italian fashion or lifestyle media
- You have a personal audience of your own, so you understand how creators think and what they want.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, Notion and Google Drive
